No problem! If you don't have a Paypal account, simply click on the "Check Out With Paypal" button in the Cart screen. You will then be given the option to check out with Paypal, or with a Credit / Visa Debit card.

We ship patterns within 3 business days of receiving your order. An order destined for the United States can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Usually it doesn't take this long, but it all depends on USPS! Orders shipping to Canada usually take 5 business days or less to arrive. For international orders, feel free to contact us for an estimated shipping time. If you're in a hurry to get started on your patterns, we recommend PDF Patterns, as they are delivered to your inbox instantly!

Once you have purchased a PDF, you will automatically be taken to an order confirmation screen with a download link. A link will also be automatically sent to the email associated with your Paypal account. Download links expire within 30 days, so be sure to download them before then! If you have purchased a PDF and have not received the download links within 30 minutes, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to resend them.

All of our patterns are formatted for the most up-to-date versions of PDF readers. If a PDF Pattern looks great on your screen, but is not printing correctly, please ensure that your PDF reader and printer drivers have all been updated. This will usually solve the problem!
